Philip is a native of Effingham County.  He is married and has 3 sons and 5 Grandchildren.  He is an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church, a Charter Member of Rotary Club of Effingham County, as well as many other local organizations. 

Mr. Heidt is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer in listing and selling Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties.  He has been a consistent Million Dollar Producer since 1984 and is a continuing Life member in the Savannah Board of Realtors. 

He is Past President of the Effingham Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Savannah Multi-List Corporation, and is Past President of the Savannah Board of Realtors.
