Cynthia has been an  Effingham County resident for over 20 years.  She recently retired from teaching after 30 years.  Married for 30 years, she is the mother of a grown son.

Cynthia is a member of First Baptist Church in Rincon.

In her leisure time, she is an avid golfer and loves to travel.
